meet the founder

I didn’t grow up in the wellness world. I found it later, at a moment when I needed grounding, strength, and a sense of belonging. What started as a personal practice slowly became a calling. YOGA D.N.A. was born from that transformation: a space created with intention, love, and the desire to offer others what movement has given me.

My vision has always been simple: a studio where every body feels welcome. A place without judgment or ego, where beginners and seasoned practitioners can train side by side. A community that builds strength, balance, and confidence through mindful movement. A space where Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Strength Training come together to support real people in real life.

At Yoga D.N.A., we honor the connection between body, mind, and soul. We move, we breathe, and we grow TOGETHER.
