Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 6 hours before class.
- Late cancellation (less than 6 hours before class): Unlimited members, $10 fee charged automatically; 4x/8x memberships and class packs, the credit is used, no fee.
- No-show: Unlimited members, $17 fee charged automatically; 4x/8x memberships and class packs, the credit is used, no fee.
- Your class starts in calm: the door locks when class begins so the group isn't disturbed. Arrive 5–10 minutes early.
- Running late and the door is locked? Cancel your booking in the Momence app: for Unlimited members it counts as a late cancellation ($10 fee), not a $17 no-show; with 4x/8x memberships and class packs, the credit is used. Emergency? Text us at 514-918-3466 or email info@studioyogadna.com
- The studio opens 15 minutes before each class and closes 15 minutes after. Check the schedule for opening times.
